Victoriaus is a proud Native American woman that has worked most of her career in the information technology and operations sectors. In 2013 she decided to use her talents, experience, and ambition to create 4R Solutions. At 4R Solutions, Victoriaus is responsible for driving strategic direction, overseeing performance, and operational growth. Since 4R Solutions' inception, she has delivered results for clients in the Federal Government, DHS, financial services and banking, Information Technology organizations, and hospitals/medical centers. Prior to building 4R Solutions Victoriaus spent her career leading and driving Information Technology management, organizational change, and product development for technology and operations research companies, global telecommunication organizations, national builders, and world-renowned medical institutes. |

 | Michael Rippin Vice President Michael is the Vice President of 4R Solutions. He has spent his career working in Information Technology. In 2014 he decided to join 4R Solutions to help provide support with driving strategic initiatives and executing Agile transformation efforts to meet 4R Solutions' client's goals. He delivers Agile implementation, adoptions, and coaching/training to drive operation improvements and deliver business value to clients. Prior to 4R Solutions Michael has worked with the Government, Hospitals, Health Payers, small to mid-sized companies, and prestigious Universities & Medical Centers. |
